Peleton National Sales Manager

To cope with our rapid growth we are looking for a highly motivated and result oriented personnel to join us:

Responsibilities:

  • Establish & execute sales plans to meet company goals
  • Participate in outdoor sports exhibitions (like SHOT, buy group trade show) and sales trips nationwide
  • Manage customer accounts, orders, & pricing
  • Build sales reputation and establish dealer networks
  • Keep track of sales records
  • Monitor and coordinate shipment & delivery
  • Provide market feedback for future product development

Requirements:

  • Performance driven, self-motivated, and highly disciplined self-starter
  • At least 3-years of relevant experience in a Sales & Marketing position
  • Knowledge of building an effective Sale’s Rep network (you will be doing this for hunting accessory products)
  • Hands-on experience with introducing hunting products to retailers
  • Be knowledgeable about hunting accessory products such as bipods
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Ability to build a good relationship with dealers & customers
  • Good communication skills
  • Effective while independent
  • Ability to work flexibly & on multiple tasks
  • Understanding of the product pricing structure in the bipod and hunting market
  • Ability to establish sales accounts and sales channels
  • In-depth knowledge of selling techniques & the perseverance to close sales
  • Frequent travel is required
