TipTop® Product 30–day Money Back Guarantee

The maker of TipTop® Bipods guarantees that you will receive a satisfactory product that will exceed your expectations. If you are not satisfied with the bipod, simply send the product back to us within 30 days with your information, the original cash receipt and the UPC code from the packaging.


TipTop® Product Warranty

TipTop® Bipods are warranted to be free from material and manufacturing defects for a period of one (1) year. If your bipod is or becomes defective in that time frame, Peleton technologies will replace your TipTop® Bipod with a new or like kind bipod. This warranty does not cover defects or damage resulting from product abuse, failure to follow proper procedures, or any other events outside of the control of Peleton Technologies. To the extent allowed by law, Peleton Technologies is not responsible or liable for any special or consequential damages associated with use of this product. This warranty does not extend to persons who purchased the product from anyone other than Peleton technologies or an authorized TipTop® Bipod reseller.

To receive a replacement product, call Peleton Technology at 1 (720) 890-5002 or email at info@peletontek.com to have your product issue analyzed and if the product is determined to be defective, you will receive a Return Merchandize Authorization (RMA) number to send the bipod back for a replacement. Make sure to include a valid purchase receipt (must show purchase date on receipt), your mailing address, the RMA number and the defective bipod with your shipment. Peleton will then send you a replacement bipod. Peleton is only responsible for the shipping charges associated with the replacement product. Other conditions may apply.

IN NO EVENT SHALL PELETON TECHNOLOGY LLC BE LIABLE TO THE OTHER PARTY FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, SPECIAL OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, BUSINESS INTERRUPTION, LOSS OF OR UNAUTHORIZED ACCESS TO INFORMATION, DAMAGES FOR LOSS OF PROFITS, INCURRED BY THE OTHER PARTY ARISING OUT OF THE SERVICES PROVIDED UNDER THIS AGREEMENT, EVEN IF SUCH PARTY HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
